DAVID OLSON

David Olson

David has practiced yoga, and taught, on occasion, since 2000. Yoga teaches me to be mindful of the moment by using the practice to help my body with the things of my mind. My training in the fine arts guided my integrity and commitment to the discipline, acknowledging the importance of physical wellness. I continue with yoga as a daily journey.
